In case of any delay caused by us, you will be informed based on your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on public holidays and official holidays.

All products you select will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies.

The products you purchase will be notified to you via a confirmation e-mail. If any of the selected products are out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail and notified of the date when the product will be back in stock.
