Warranty and Return Conditions

Warranty Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the consumer and is determined in accordance with Warranty Certificate Regulation No. 29029 issued by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Law No. 6502. For the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report prepared. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design are excluded from the warranty.

 

Product Return Conditions

If the product you purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our website within 14 days from the delivery date. Following this notification, the defective product sent to us via the courier company will be replaced with a new one. If the defect is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Return and exchange procedures are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.


The return period starts from the date the product is delivered to you. The return period is 14 days.

 

If products reach us in a used, worn, or washed condition, we may have to return them to you. If the return reason is caused by us, the shipping cost will be covered by our company. If the return reason is not caused by us, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer. For returns sent with cash on delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.


Before receiving the goods/services subject to the contract, the buyer must inspect them and must not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the courier company. Goods/services received are deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer is obliged to protect the goods/services with due care. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.


For returns, you can send your product free of charge from contracted courier branches using the contracted courier company return code. Shipments made with other courier companies will be paid by the sender, and cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Products will be inspected by our team to ensure they are not damaged. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with cash on delivery.


The return process for returned products is as follows:


After the product reaches us, it is checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is completed. If it does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

For products that comply with return procedures, the product price will be refunded to your bank within 2–4 business days. Due to bank procedures, it may take 7–15 business days for this amount to be reflected in your account. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear on your card depends on your bank. If payment was made by credit card, it will be reflected within a maximum of 7 business days. If the payment was made in installments, the refund will be credited to your account in installments in the same way. For debit cards, the refund process may take longer.
